In <span id=\"uqdtz\"><\/span> this example, a <span id=\"dmwlv\"><\/span> machined forging is robotically polished to <span id=\"epje\"><\/span> remove the parting line. The part is then run through a vibratory finishing process with ceramic media (not shown), and then plastic media. A very soft smooth clean surface is created as shown (third from top). The part is then run through our dry finishing process and near buffed look to obtain as shown at the bottom. Alternately, this part could also be finished by burnishing the part instead of dry finishing and by burnishing right after the ceramic vibratory finishing step. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> We are able to give our customers a range in quality and price depending on their requirements.
